We offer FREE SHIPPING to all locations in the United States. Handcrafted Stock bands typically ship within 24 hours; Custom Made-To-Order Bands ship within 2-7 weeks depending upon the model number of the ring.
Canadian shipments are shipped either Priority Mail or Express. We also ship to Australia and APO/FPO Boxes. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Express service is available within the U.S. and all international destinations (Fedex or Express USPS). We recommend this option for ALL international customers.
30-Day Returns on all Stock Bands
If you are not 100% satisfied with your band (for whatever reason) please contact us and we will make arrangements for the return and process your refund in full.
Note: Personalized/Engraved bands in most cases are processed and shipped the same day as ordered. Personalized/engraved rings can be returned for exchange but not for a full refund.
Please note that custom made bands take 3-6 weeks to meticulously craft to your specifications; these cannot be returned for a full refund but we will make every possible effort to ensure you are satisfied with our products and our service.

We offer over 500 different ring styles with options in various widths and over 35 different sizes for each ring resulting in over 35,000 variations to process. But we want you to understand that we ALWAYS begin processing your order within 24 hours! After processing, we inspect for quality control - this includes sizing accuracy. This important step omits errors. Once inspected we then arrange for the proper method of shipping within the United States or internationally.
Please understand that some precious metal rings & exotic inlays require additional time for the custom handcrafting process.

There are many other reasons to purchase your ring from Mens Wedding Bands - free shipping is just one of them! As mentioned above we also offer RUSH ORDER Expedited Priority Mail shipping from the United States Post Office. What this means is that we have the ring sent overnight to us in Washington, Utah for inspection and then we mail it using Priority Mail at the USPS the same day.
Our free shipping policy allows us to take time to make sure the ring you ordered is the correct ring, that it has no blemishes, and that it is the right size. Once we have provided this basic service of inspection we can then carefully package your wedding band, include applicable warranty information and then include a gift box so that the ring is not simply shipped by itself. We are careful also to use bubble-wrap containers and envelopes so that there is little no damage to the merchandise. We print your address label directly from the way YOU typed it into our system so as not to transpose numbers or make a mistake with your shipping address. In this way we have no issued with merchandise being shipped to the wrong location.
If we ever do make a mistake, which as noted rarely happens, we will correct it at our expense. Even though we say that your package will arrive in 10 days they usually arrive much sooner. We try to under-promise and over-deliver! In most cases customers tell us that they receive their ring in under 7 days even when choosing the free shipping option.
In some cases customers have requested a unique shipping preference. For example, a bride and groom were traveling to Las Vegas, Nevada USA and were in transit. So instead of having the ring shipped to one of their home or work addresses we shipped it to their hotel room in Las Vegas - this has happened a number of times and we have never had an issue with service or delivery!
